Three walk away with brand new cars in just ended MTC campaign

Three lucky winners have struck gold in their pursuit of securing the three ultimate grand prizes in the just ended MTC Super Summer Trivia campaign. Eneas Mulike (Windhoek), Gei-Aibeb Edward (Gocheganas), and Bind Penti-Ziipo (Walvis Bay) have today received keys to brand new cars which they won in the MTC trivia campaign.

Eneas Mulike scooped the first prize of a 2024 Toyota Hilux Double Cap, while Gei-Aibeb walked away with the second prize – a 2024 Toyota Corrola Cross 1.8 and Bind Penti-Ziipo triumphantly took the third prize, a 2024 Toyota Starlet.

During the prize giving ceremony held in Windhoek, excitement was evident on the winners’ faces, when they officially received their grand winnings, describing it as life changing.

Receiving the car on behalf of her husband, Letta Mulike expressed gratitude for what she termed as life changing for her family. “My husband has always participated in MTC’s competition, but we never expected luck to pay of this big. I am filled with gratitude and quite excited and would like to encourage MTC to continue giving this life-changing opportunity to customers.”

The big three [winners] were not the only campaign winners as the campaign [ran between December 2024 to March 2025] also had monthly prizes which saw 30 participants each walked away with a brand new IPad. This is in addition to the airtime worth over N$200 000 given out during the duration of the campaign.

Shedding light on how the draw was conducted, MTC’s Chief Brand, Marketing, Corporate Affairs, and Sustainability explained that “all campaign draws were meticulously executed with transparency and fairness. We had a panel which consisted of two representatives from the Value-Added Services (VAS) team, one from Corporate Affairs, and one from Internal Auditor, ensuring the integrity of the selection process. Throughout the campaign, we witnessed a remarkable active engagement and gained valuable insights into customers’ behaviour and preferences when it comes to gamification.”
