Nedbank Namibia celebrates excellence and growth at annual Top Achievers Awards

In February, Nedbank Namibia hosted its prestigious Top Achievers Awards, an annual event dedicated to recognising and celebrating the remarkable contributions of its employees over the past year. The awards acknowledged outstanding performances across various categories, including, Top 5 Sales Individual Awards, Top Sales Team, Top 5 Support/Service Individuals, Top Support/Service Team, Top Branch Award, Best Teller of the Year Award, Customer Service Champion Award, Leadership Award, Top Project Team Award, Top 4 Achievers, and Managing Director (MD) Award. These awards reflect the bank’s core values and its continuous efforts to foster a high-performance culture that not only rewards excellence but also encourages employees to push boundaries and drive meaningful change.

Speaking at the award ceremony, Nedbank Namibia’s Human Capital Executive, Bianca Muller, expressed appreciation for the winners and emphasised the significance of the awards in inspiring employees to continue striving for excellence.
