MTC has appointed Charl Raymond Cloete as its Chief Human Capital, taking over from his predecessor Tim Ekandjo, effective 1 March 2025.
Cloete was employed as Senior Manager Human Resource Administration and has been acting in the General Manager Human Resources role since 2020.
He holds a masters degree in Business Administration and holds HR experience spanning over 10 years.
He will further serve in the MTC executive committee.
Cloete has been employed at MTC for 27 years, since 1998 according to his Linkedin where he was initially hired as an Office Administrator.
