Momentum Metropolitan Namibia has announced the appointment of Jason Hailonga as Managing Director: Momentum Investments and Anchen van Wyk as Head: Legal and Company Secretary, effective 1 July.
Momentum Metropolitan Namibia has strengthened its leadership team with the strategic appointments of Jason Hailonga and Anchen van Wyk. These additions enhance the company’s expertise, ensuring Momentum Metropolitan Namibia remains a leader in delivering cutting-edge, innovative solutions to better serve its clients.
Jason Hailonga, a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in financial services, has an impressive background including roles at Deloitte Namibia, Business Partners International, and IJG Advisory Services. His expertise in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) is noteworthy, having contributed to the IPOs of Letshego, Standard Bank, and MTC on the Namibian Stock Exchange. Most recently, Jason was the Chief Executive Officer of the Namibia Savings and Investments Association (NaSIA).
Anchen van Wyk, an admitted legal practitioner of the High Court of Namibia and qualified conveyancer with a Bachelor of Laws from Rhodes University, has recently been promoted to Head of Compliance, following her proven track record of successfully implementing compliance strategies and fostering a strong compliance culture as the Group Regulatory Compliance Officer since 2019.
