Deep-South Resources Inc. has announced that the High Court of Namibia has postponed the publication of the verdict in the case to review Mines and Energy Minister, Tom Alweendo’s decision not to renew its Exploration and Prospecting licence for the Haib project to March 15, 2023.
Pierre Leveille, President & CEO of Deep-South stated, “With the recent events at the Ministry of Mines, the decision of the judge to postpone the verdict a second time is an important sign that the court takes this case very seriously”.
