International tech company Yango and Pupkewitz Toyota have joined forces to create exciting entrepreneurial opportunities for Windhoek residents in a shared drive for empowering Namibian entrepreneurs.
This partnership was signed on Thursday, 4th of April 2024 at a special event in Windhoek. This strategic partnership offers a unique path to self-employment through the reliable Toyota Vitz and Yango’s leading ride-hailing platform.
Shawapala Kandjabanga, Brand Manager at Pupkewitz Toyota, states: “At the heart of this partnership lies a compelling concept. We combine the trusted Toyota Vitz with Yango’s expansive platform, empowering individuals to embark on a lucrative journey. By purchasing a Vitz from us and registering with Yango, aspiring entrepreneurs can earn a minimum of N$15,000 per month.”
Both companies are co-investing in a marketing campaign to propel this initiative. The partnership also aims to expand into other regions as Yango’s footprint grows in Namibia.
Kandjabanga further states that there is no limit to the number of vehicles one can purchase through this venture, revealing that the first two buyers will receive a complimentary smartphone to kickstart their entrepreneurial journey.
Gerwil Uirab, Yango Supply Executive, highlights the partnership’s benefits: “Yango is Namibia’s leading ride-hailing company, known for reliability, affordability, and responsiveness. This collaboration allows new investors to earn passive income with the Toyota Vitz’s fuel efficiency and our high market demand.”
He adds that the partnership aims to be a catalyst for job creation and self-sufficiency.
The campaign runs until the 25th of May 2024.
