Since Tuesday, 5 November 2024, the African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) has been hosting a Trade Finance Seminar and Workshops (ATFS2024) at the Windhoek Country Club Resort in Windhoek. This annual Seminar plays a leading role in equipping Africa’s financial institutions, bankers, regulatory agencies, corporations, and legal firms to meet the challenges of financing transactions amidst economic uncertainties. The event will conclude on Thursday, 7 November 2024.
Themed ‘Promoting African Trade in a World of Digital Solutions,’ the gathering will look at the impact of digitalisation on trade to enable the continent’s trade practitioners, explore how to grow trade finance via shared African/International know-how and support Trade Finance practitioners with technical skills to navigate trade.
With Bank Windhoek as one of the sponsors, the event will also address critical trade finance trends tools and offer training in innovative strategies to bolster Africa’s trade ecosystem. The Seminar will host several world-class speakers and technical training workshops covering various topics.
