In an innovative move, FNB Namibia has introduced a new chat feature- to the- FNB App. ChatPay enables FNB App users to initiate payments seamlessly without the need of a formal bank account number, whilst securely chatting via the App.
The solution combines convenience, simplicity, and affordability, allowing customers to chat and make payments simultaneously and securely using their smartphone and banking App.
