Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas appoints Selma Usiku and Alice Carroll and to Board

…Helmut Angula set for retirement

Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas Ltd has appointed Alice Carroll and Selma Usiku as directors with immediate effect.

Alice Carroll is head of corporate sustainability and will now be an executive director of the company, whilst Selma Usiku, an experienced exploration geologist, will be non-executive director.

Helmut Angula will retire as a non-executive director after 12 years with the company.

We have benefitted greatly from his understanding of the financial and energy sectors in Namibia.
