OTESA Civil Engineering has announced the appointment of Rudolf Coetzee as Chief People & Culture Officer, effective 4 August 2025.
Coetzee brings a wealth of experience, having spent 21 years in human resources leadership roles across the mining and manufacturing sectors. He has held senior positions at well-known companies such as Skorpion Zinc, Rosh Pinah, and Ohorongo Cement, where he effectively led workforce development, change management, and organisational transformation initiatives. Academically, Coetzee holds a Bachelor of Administration in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa (UNISA), a Master of Business Administration from Oxford Brookes University in the UK, a Postgraduate Diploma in Project and Programme Management from Cranefield College, and has completed the Programme for Management Excellence at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS).
