To accommodate and in recognition of the Namibian government’s historic hosting of the Commonwealth Business Summit, the Namibia Local Content Conference & Exhibition (NLCC) 2025 will be rescheduled to 7 – 9 October 2025 at The Dome, Swakopmund. This strategic adjustment ensures a cohesive national focus and enables full institutional support for both platforms, each contributing meaningfully to Namibia’s broader development agenda and global positioning.
The revised dates for NLCC 2025 and all planned program elements, including exhibitions, technical sessions, and stakeholder engagements, will proceed as scheduled within the updated timeline.
The NLCC 2025, convened by Antila Oil and Gas (AO&G) in collaboration with the Namibia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCCI), will proceed under the theme: “Aligning Namibia’s Energy Ambitions: A Synergised Approach to Local Content”. This flagship event remains a vital platform for dialogue among government officials, industry leaders, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), civil society organizations, and academic institutions. The focus is on embedding in-country value and accelerating Namibia’s oil, gas, and renewable energy transformation.
We extend sincere appreciation to all our delegates, sponsors, confirmed speakers, and media partners for their understanding, patience, and sustained engagement. Your support underscores the national importance of this platform and the shared vision of an inclusive, sustainable energy future for Namibia.
The Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board (NIPDB) has agreed to come on board as a strategic host partner, for which NLCC is very grateful. Their support provides alignment to their Local Content and MSME Development mandate.
We are especially pleased to continue this journey with the support of our strategic partners: CLC Solutions, a pan-African local content strategist supporting extractives and enterprise growth; Above Ground Advisory, providing strategic guidance to extractive sector investors on market entry, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement; the Africa Energy Technology Centre (AETC), fostering cross-continental energy collaboration; and the Namibia Youth Energy Forum (NYEF), whose Energy Innovators Programme spotlights emerging local enterprises and youth-led innovation within Namibia. Namibia Oil and Gas, the official media partner amplifying national energy dialogue through dedicated industry coverage; and First National Bank Namibia (FNB), advancing financial inclusion and institutional support for local enterprise growth. Together, these partnerships deepen the conference’s commitment to inclusive participation, national capacity, and transformative policy engagement.
The Namibia Local Content Conference and Exhibition remains committed to delivering a high-impact, content-driven and collaborative conference experience. The organising team continues to work diligently to meet stakeholder expectations and enhance programme offerings, with further updates to be communicated via official platforms.
