Today marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for WKH Inc. as Tshuka Luvindao steps into the role of Managing Director.
Mr. Luvindao brings with him over a decade of legal practice spanning corporate law, banking, mining, administrative law and financial services. Before joining WKH Inc., he served as Legal Manager and Legal Advisor at Old Mutual Namibia, where he led engagements on key legislative frameworks including the Financial Institutions and Markets (FIM) Bill, the Competition Act, and the Micro Lending Act.
He holds a BJuris and LLB from the University of Namibia, and a Master of Engineering in Public Administration of Mines and Natural Resources from France, where he studied on an Areva scholarship.
Having served as a Director of the firm, Mr. Luvindao steps into this new role with a deep understanding of WKH Inc., its people and its clients. His journey – shaped as much by determination as by opportunity – reflects the same values of unity, integrity and excellence that define our firm, and we are confident that under his leadership WKH Inc. will continue to grow from strength to strength.
