Standard Bank Namibia appoints Chaze Nalisa-Jagger as Senior Manager for Learning and Organisational Development

Standard Bank Namibia has announced the appointment of Chaze Nalisa-Jagger as Senior Manager: Learning & Organisational Development, effective immediately.

Nalisa-Jagger brings over 15 years of human capital experience to her new role, with a proven track record in leadership development, organisational effectiveness, and fostering high-performance workplace cultures. Her expertise spans people strategy and capability-building initiatives, positioning her to deliver impactful learning solutions that support long-term organisational growth.

In her new capacity, she will be responsible for driving learning and development strategies, enhancing leadership pipelines, and strengthening the bank’s overall organisational development framework.

Standard Bank Namibia described Nalisa-Jagger as a strategic leader whose blend of insight, people development experience, and ability to enable high-performing teams makes her a valuable addition to the People & Culture team.
