HDF Energy Africa has appointed Lovisa Neshila as Senior Business Development Manager for Namibia. In this role, she will lead the development of hydrogen-based power infrastructure projects, with a primary focus on the renewstable power plant project in Swakopmund. This flagship initiative combines intermittent renewables with large-scale green hydrogen storage to deliver continuous, clean baseload power to the grid.
Neshila brings extensive expertise across the electricity value chain. Her strategic leadership, regulatory insight, and experience in market development are expected to be instrumental in shaping bankable frameworks, unlocking investment-ready projects, and accelerating Namibia’s energy transition.
